Virgin Australia is offering assistance to any passengers affected by the South Australian and Victorian bushfires who require changes to existing bookings.

Any passengers who planned to fly this week and have been affected by the bushfires are able to contact Virgin Australia’s Guest Contact Centre on 13 67 89 to have existing bookings altered or cancelled without change or cancellation fees.

Virgin Australia is also offering support to fire crews travelling to South Australia this week, including special discounted fares, complimentary food and an increased baggage allowance which will enable fire fighters to carry necessary equipment with them.
